What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we manufacture all products in North America, and ship within Canada and the USA. To join our international waitlist, please email us.
What are your lead times?
We manufacture each item in house and have two manufacturing lead time options for salon and spa beds.
1. Standard Orders: 6-8 weeks to manufacture.
2. Rush Orders: 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
3. We also occasionally offer Ready to Ship Items although this is not common and most products are made-to-order.
Shipping times are 7-10 days to your door once your order has left our facility.
Do you offer custom colors or materials?
As manufacturers of our own furniture, we have access to endless materials and colors. If you have something in mind you can't locate on site, simply email us to get started on a custom quote.
Are products shipped fully assembled?
All Plush + Oak goods are shipped fully assembled to your location. Simply unpack from the box, and screw the legs into the bed corners (if applicable), and enjoy!
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We want your furniture dreams to become a reality and to make our products accessible to all.
We have two financing options.
1. Klarna Pay-in-4
To utilize Klarna, simply select Klarna as your payment method on the checkout page. You will be redirected to the Klarna website and undergo their independent credit check. Approval is subject to Klarna's internal guidelines.
2. Production Deposit Program
Our in-house production deposit program allows customers to pay 50% up front to immediately get the order into production. Once the order is completed (3-4 weeks for Rush Orders, or 6-8 weeks for Standard Orders) the balance will be charged. Full payment must be completed prior to shipping.
Do you offer any volume discounts?
Yes. For Orders of 3-9 beds, please use code: PLUSHOAKENTERPRISE for 10% off your order total.
For orders of 10 or more beds, please contact our sales team for concierge service.
What is your warranty program?
Our products are all under warranty for 12-months post delivery. Our warranty includes the integrity of: frame and suspension, stitching and seams, and motors for electric models with normal use.
All shipments are all fully insured at no expense to the customer to ensure safe delivery.
Do you have physical showrooms?
While we don't have physical brick-and-mortar storefronts, we do have a salon locator program where potential buyers can visit a salon with our products to experience our quality. See our salon locator HERE.
