We manufacture each item in house and have two manufacturing lead time options for salon and spa beds.

1. Standard Orders: 6-8 weeks to manufacture.
2. Rush Orders: 3-4 weeks to manufacture.
3. We also occasionally offer Ready to Ship Items although this is not common and most products are made-to-order.

Shipping times are 7-10 days to your door once your order has left our facility.

As manufacturers of our own furniture, we have access to endless materials and colors. If you have something in mind you can't locate on site, simply email us to get started on a custom quote.

All Plush + Oak goods are shipped fully assembled to your location. Simply unpack from the box, and screw the legs into the bed corners (if applicable), and enjoy!

We have two financing options.
1. Klarna Pay-in-4
To utilize Klarna, simply select Klarna as your payment method on the checkout page. You will be redirected to the Klarna website and undergo their independent credit check. Approval is subject to Klarna's internal guidelines.

2. Production Deposit Program
Our in-house production deposit program allows customers to pay 50% up front to immediately get the order into production. Once the order is completed (3-4 weeks for Rush Orders, or 6-8 weeks for Standard Orders) the balance will be charged. Full payment must be completed prior to shipping.

Our products are all under warranty for 12-months post delivery. Our warranty includes the integrity of: frame and suspension, stitching and seams, and motors for electric models with normal use.

All shipments are all fully insured at no expense to the customer to ensure safe delivery.
