FAQs
Do you have physical showrooms?
While we do not have physical showrooms, we do offer in-person trial of our products at trade shows throughout the year. Our Upcoming shows are: ISPA 2025, IECSC Las Vegas 2025.
We also utilize our network of customers throughout the country to tour potential buyers with in-person experiences within their salons and spas with Plush + Oak furniture. Contact us to find a location near you, and book a service to experience our pieces in person.
What are your financing options?
We offer two choices for flexible payment options.
1. Klarna Pay in 4 Program
2. 50% Production Deposit Program
To utilize Kalrna, simply select Klarna as your payment method at checkout. You will be rerouted to the Klarna website to undergo a credit check, and will be presented with options for financing upon their approval.
To utilize the Production Deposit program, select "deposit" on the product page when adding to cart. This program allows your order to be manufactured right away with only 50% down. Once the order is completed, you will be charged the remaining balance prior to shipping.
What are your lead times?
We have two speeds of manufacturing available to our customers for large furniture items.
1. Standard Manufacturing
Standard production is 6-8 weeks once order is placed.
2. Rush Orders
All furniture items can be upgraded to a Rush Order for an additional charge per bed. This speeds up production to 3-4 weeks.
For shipping and transit times, all orders once they have left our warehouse take 7-10 days to reach your location via LTL Freight delivery.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes we do. For orders of 3 or more beds please use code PLUSHOAKENTERPRISE at checkout for 10% off your order.
For orders of 10 or more beds, please contact us for package pricing.
What should I know about taxes, import, or border charges?
Plush + Oak handles all fees associated with your purchase and you will never be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The shipping price paid at checkout includes all taxes, border fees (Canada/USA border), and import charges. Your fee also includes full shipping insurance to ensure your order arrives safely.
What is the delivery experience?
Once your order has left our warehouse you will be provided with a tracking number which can be tracked on the friehgt company's website directly. Once your order has reached your city, you will be contacted via telephone to set up a delivery appointment on a day of your choosing.
Our large furniture items are shipped via LTL freight which is considered curbside delivery. Your order will be delivered and unloaded to the exterior of your building. If you require assistance bringing it inside we recommend utilizing a friend or staff, or hiring additional assistance on Task Rabbit for an hourly rate.
What is your cancellations/return policy?
All Plush + Oak large furniture items are made to order and are considered a custom purchase which cannot be returned once delivered.
If you need to cancel an order after it has been placed please see our timeframes:
Within 48h of order being placed - full refund
48h-7 days of order being placed - full refund minus a 50% restocking fee
After 7 days: No cancellations
Accessories can be returned within 30 days of purchase in original packaging, and new condition.
What if I order the wrong leg height?
If you receive your order, and need to adjust the leg height of your bed simply order new legs from our website, and once they arrive ship the original legs back to us for a full refund. Ensure that your return package has your order number visible for a seamless refund process.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change your shipping or delivery address, please contact us. Changes can be made easily and without charge if the shipment has not left our warehouse yet. If a shipment is in transit, additional charges will apply to any address changes.
Can I test swatch samples?
Yes! We encourage all customers to order swatch samples so they can see them in person and try them with the lighting and other tonalities within their salon space. We offer swatches complimentary so you can see and feel the quality difference Plush + Oak offers.
What is your warranty program?
We warranty all of our products for 12 months including: Frame, suspension systems, motors, stitching, and seams. Please see our full warranty program here.
