Behind Plush + Oak

Who we are

Founded by Courtney Buhler and Jordan Driessen in 2020 - A dynamic creative couple with complimentary expertise. Courtney's 16 years in the lash industry as an artist, educator, and global professional product range Sugarlash PRO, and Jordan's decade of Journeyman carpentry expertise. The vision was always clear - to break the status quo of technical salon furniture, and create designs that are equally functional, fashionable, and comfortable. We believe everyone deserves to feel the same sense of luxury that home furniture demands, in a commercial salon and spa setting.

All Plush + Oak products are designed, patented, and manufactured solely by us. With a focus on key elements to meet the needs of today's modern luxury studios: Style, Function, and Customization.

Manufacturing

Quality is at the heart of everything we do. We know that quality furniture doesn't get made by machines, it gets made by highly skilled hands. Each of our pieces durability comes from deep rooted experience of our in-house artisans who are committed to the love and care of each piece at every stage of creation.

MATERIALS

Our products last 3-4x as long as standard salon furniture, and it's due to the Plush + Oak commitment to luxury materials. Solid kiln dried wood, steel reinforced framing, webbed tensile suspension systems, multi-layer foaming, and High Commercial Lux Vinyl that is made to stand up to the heavy usage of salon.

Great furniture designs aren't the ones with an instruction manual. Our approach is to consider every option, and par it back to the most refined version that will exceed expectations and functionality needs. Simplicity is durability. Simplicity is a statement.

We are the only distributors and manufacturers of our products. This is intentionally done, to ensure our standard is met with every piece that is made to order for our discerning customers.
