Plush + Oak offers a 24-month warranty on the manufacturing and longevity of our items including: Frame, Stitching and Seams, Suspension Systems.

Cancellations
Each of our furniture items are made to order, and are considered custom orders. As such, cancellations or changes must be made in a timely manner before production has begun.
- Within 48h - 100% refund
- 2-7 days - 50% refund
- 7+ days - no refunds or cancellations allowed
Returns
We do not accept returns on made to order large furniture items requiring freight delivery.
This item ships with our trusted LTL Freight Carriers
- Our skilled delivery professionals will call to set up a delivery appointment once the order has arrived to it's final destination city.
- LTL Freight is considered curbside delivery, and purchasers will need to bring items inside. If you require white glove delivery please contact us for custom quoting. The Vera Bed is 125lbs and can be easily carried by two people.
- Your order will be delivered during business hours with timely notification on the morning of delivery, along with a convenient delivery window.
- The Vera bed fits through all standard doorways, and elevators.
